The firm acts as legal consultant, strategic consultant and litigator for a number of radio stations in their dispute with Greek neighbouring rights collective management organisations in relation to the payment of “equitable” remuneration for neighbouring rights , claimed by those organisations for radio broadcasts of their works. During this dispute the right of Collecting Societies to receive equitable remuneration for non – Greek works was intensely contented by many Court decisions, thus creating case law for this matter.
