Our firm cooperated with “Baker & McKenzie” (Italy) in order to participate, as the local advisor in Greece, to an EU Commission Tender for the performance of a legal and economic study on trade secrets and confidential business information in the Internal Market. The legal survey, which referred to 27 EU jurisdictions plus US and Japan. Our law firm submitted reports on the subject matter, in relation to different areas of Law and more specifically Commercial/ IP law, Criminal law and Competition law, including exhaustive and in- depth reviews of national legislation, litigation and enforcement, national case law, literature as well as propositions on desirable changes to the current legal framework in Greece.
