The firm has also represented in the past US studios and Greek distribution companies in relation to distribution of the films Alexander and the Da Vinci Code on the Greek cinema market. In both cases, church organisations and Greek citizens had requested that public screening of these films in cinemas be prohibited for “historical” and “religious” reasons; nevertheless Greek courts have accepted, in total, our legal objections and permitted the screening of the above films.
